Now Hiring: Experienced Hardscaper / Landscaper

Renew Landscaping is looking to bring on skilled hardscapers and landscapers. We specialize in retaining walls, drainage systems, paver installations, and full landscape projects, and we’re looking for people who take pride in doing clean, high quality work.

We’re a hardworking, tight knit crew that stays very busy with projects throughout the season. If you have real experience and want to work with a team that does things the right way, we’d like to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Retaining walls (segmental block and boulder)

• Paver patios, walkways, driveways, and steps

• Drainage work including catch basins, drain tile, and French drains

• Grading, dirt work, and site prep

• Edging installation (plastic, concrete, natural stone)

• Mulch, rock, and fabric installation

• Tree, shrub, and plant installation

• Sod installation and lawn seeding

• Demo and removal of existing landscape/hardscape

Equipment & Tools You Should Be Comfortable With:

• Skid steer / track loader

• Mini skid steer / compact equipment

• Truck and trailer operation

• Plate compactors and roller packers

• Laser level for shooting grade

• Concrete saws and paver saws

• General job site tools

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 seasons of professional experience (for skilled roles)

• Strong experience with retaining walls and hardscaping preferred

• Ability to handle both hardscape and softscape work

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Ability to work on a small crew and stay productive

• Comfortable lifting 50–80 lbs and working outdoors
